Customer Return Policy for products

 

At SKS Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective) 
  • Items without original packaging 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof. 
  • We will offer a replacement or refund after verification. 

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will be guided on the return method. 
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective. 

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment method. 

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. 
  • Subject to product availability. 

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. 
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase 
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or screen differences) 
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery 
  • Products without proof of purchase 

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. 

3. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet ( MTN MoMo,  VodaPay ,  FNB eWallet ). 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by SKS Mart.
